Help is Available within each Platform
In Atmosphere, the Discovery Environment, and the User Portal you can click the round blue button at the bottom right of the screen to chat with a support team member during business hours.
There are several other ways to get help with Cyverse tools and platforms.
The Maintenance Calendar lets you know where there is scheduled maintenance on CyVerse systems and to know when systems will be down. Banners are also posted on the wiki spaces for affected systems.
