Help is Available within each Platform
In Atmosphere, the Discovery Environment, and the User Portal you can click the intercom button at the bottom right of the screen to chat with an Atmosphere support team member during business hours.
There are several other ways to get help with Cyverse tools and platforms.
The Maintenance Calendar lets you know where there is scheduled maintenance on CyVerse systems and to know when systems will be down. Banners are also posted on the wiki spaces for affected systems.
Email Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) puts you in touch with our team of staff members who can assist you with a technical challenge, such as resetting your password. This team handles everything from account updates to general issues with the infrastructure. Responses from our support team are generally handled within 48 hours.
