BCC2020, the first Bioinformatics Community Conference, will bring together the Galaxy Community Conference (GCC) and the Bioinformatics Open Source Conference (BOSC) in a joint online meeting.
The main BCC conference will take place online July 19–21, 2020 (July 20–22 in the Eastern hemisphere), with optional pre-conference training days July 17–18 and CoFest and CoFest Encore days July 22–25. Keynote speakers will be Abigail Cabunoc Mayes and Lincoln Stein. CyVerse's Tyson Swetnam will present on Foundational Open Science Skills (see his lightning talk here) and Reetu Tuteja is presenting her poster, "Reproducible, collaborative and exploratory data analysis using CyVerse VICE".
